Why I stopped optimising reports and started building growth engines.
I moved to Delhi in 2015 with no network and no plan beyond learning something that mattered. Digital marketing turned out to be the thing — measurable, unforgiving, and impossible to fake for long.
I spent eight years running campaigns for other people, and the same thing kept happening. Businesses were spending more every month and growing less. The campaigns looked impressive. The dashboards were beautiful. The business hadn’t moved.
While running acquisition at Magicbricks I was quietly taking on my own clients in the evenings — a builder in Gorakhpur, then a luxury marketplace in Delhi. Both are still clients today. That was the proof I needed.
So in 2023 I left my job and started Avikosh. One team, one system, built to show what the money actually did. We run Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, WhatsApp and the website in one place — nobody gets to blame the other team when the numbers drop.
So far that has meant ₹50Cr+ in ad spend across 7 industries. Every account starts with one question: what does a real lead cost you right now, and how fast can we bring it down? I still look at every account myself.
