We are small
You will wear more than one hat. Some weeks that means writing ad copy on a Friday evening because the client launches Monday. If you want a narrow job description, we are the wrong place.

Nobody here wins an argument by being senior. Bring the data. That cuts both ways, which is the point.

Do you hire freshers?
Yes. The intern role is built for it, and we have taken freshers into full time roles when the work was good. We care more about how you think about a number than how many years you have.
Is this remote or office?
Remote friendly. Work from anywhere in India. The office is in Greater Noida and you are welcome there whenever you want, but nobody is counting your chair time.
Is the internship paid?
Yes, it is a paid six month internship. Interns who do well get a full time offer at the end, and several of ours have.
What tools will I use?
Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, Google Search Console, Looker Studio, WhatsApp Business API, WordPress and a set of AI tools we build our own workflows on. If you have not used some of them, that is fine, we teach.
What are the working hours?
Standard Indian business hours, because clients call during them. Beyond that we care about the output, not the clock. Some weeks are heavier than others and we say so honestly.
How long does the process take?
About two weeks from your application to an offer. You get a reply within 5 working days no matter what we decide.
