A luxury car seller acquisition case study covering Carselloo — a discreet brokerage for clean, low-ownership luxury cars — and 500+ monthly enquiries from owners of qualifying vehicles.
Project Summary
Client Overview:
Carselloo International operates a private brokerage placing pre-owned luxury cars with a vetted dealer network across Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru and Pune. Avikosh Digital has run their seller acquisition since May 2026.
The Challenge
Carselloo only represents the top 5% of pre-owned luxury stock — two owners maximum, full authorised service history, strictly non-accidental, clean title.
So the campaign is not looking for people who want to sell a car. It is looking for a specific person who owns a specific kind of car and happens to be ready to part with it.
Most of the audience that responds to “sell your car” advertising fails the criteria immediately, which makes raw lead volume an actively misleading measure of whether the account is working.
What We Did
Built acquisition around vehicle eligibility rather than seller intent, so the enquiries arriving were ones the brokerage could actually act on.
Positioned the offer around discretion and professional handling rather than speed or price, matching how this seller thinks about the transaction.
The Results
500+ monthly enquiries and three times the qualified enquiries, across four metros.
Why it works: when the client can only accept the top 5% of stock, lead volume is the wrong target. Filtering for eligibility before the enquiry arrives is what makes the account useful.
