An at-home salon marketing case study covering Delhi NCR — return on ad spend more than doubled from 3X to 7X while Google Ads costs fell 40%.
Project Summary
Client Overview:
Pamper at Home delivers salon and beauty services in the customer’s home across Delhi NCR. Avikosh Digital ran their acquisition from May 2025 to April 2026.
The Challenge
At-home beauty is bought on impulse and on trust at the same time. The customer wants a booking within hours, but is also letting a stranger into their home.
The service area is limited by how far a therapist can travel, so campaigns reaching beyond a tight radius generate enquiries the business cannot fulfil — spend that looks like demand but produces nothing.
The account was already running and already profitable when we took it on. The easy gains had gone; the remaining headroom was in spending better, not spending more.
What We Did
Built acquisition around serviceable geography rather than reach, so demand matched what the team could actually deliver on the day.
Led with the trust signals this customer needs before they will book — verification and consistency, not discounts.
The Results
Return on ad spend moved from 3X to 7X over twelve months, with Google Ads costs down 40%.
Why it works: reach beyond the serviceable radius is not demand, it is waste that looks like demand. Constraining the geography is what let the return double.
