An integrated holistic health clinic case study covering an integrated clinic in Hauz Khas, New Delhi, six months of website, search visibility and Meta advertising for a practice treating conditions people research privately.
Project Summary
Client Overview:
The client is an integrated holistic health centre in Hauz Khas, New Delhi, established in 1996. It combines homeopathy, Ayurveda, naturopathy, yoga and nutrition, with colon hydrotherapy and detox as signature treatments. Avikosh worked with the clinic from August 2020 to January 2021, as a freelance engagement.
The Challenge
A holistic health clinic sells treatments people research privately, PCOD, thyroid, hair loss, weight, skin conditions, digestive health. Nobody walks past and decides to book.
That puts almost all the weight on search. Someone typing a condition plus a treatment approach is already deciding where to go, so the clinic either appears at that moment or is not considered at all.
The competition is not just other clinics. It is hospitals, dermatology chains and every content site ranking for the same symptom queries, while the practice itself is one doctor with a single centre and decades of reputation that had never been translated online.
What We Did
Built search visibility around treatment and condition queries rather than generic wellness terms, so the traffic arriving was already looking for what the clinic actually does. Local search and the Google Business Profile carried the Hauz Khas catchment.
Rebuilt the site around the treatments themselves, a page per condition and programme, so each search had somewhere specific to land instead of a single clinic overview doing all the work.
Ran a light Meta presence alongside it, carrying the signature detox and colon hydrotherapy programmes to an audience that was not searching yet. No Google Ads: the budget went into earning the treatment queries rather than renting them.
The Results
Across the engagement the clinic moved from effectively invisible in search to ranking for its core treatment and condition terms, with a steady flow of consultation enquiries arriving through search and Meta rather than word of mouth alone.
This was a 2020 freelance engagement and the analytics were never handed over, so there are no verified figures to publish. We would rather leave the number out than reconstruct one six years later.
