An overseas placement lead generation case study covering three years of Meta Ads work for a recruitment consultancy we name privately, generating 100+ leads a day for jobs in Russia, Qatar and Dubai.
Project Summary
Client Overview:
The client is an overseas recruitment and manpower placement agency that places workers into employment in Russia, Qatar and Dubai. Avikosh Digital has generated their applicant flow since 2023. The client is named privately on request, so this case study runs without the brand name.
The Challenge
Overseas job placement carries a trust problem before it carries a marketing problem. The category is crowded with scams, so the first job of any ad is simply to look legitimate.
The audience least equipped to tell a genuine consultancy from a fraudulent one is exactly the audience most likely to respond, which puts the burden of proof on the advertising.
Employment and immigration claims are restricted on the ad platforms, limiting what can be promised at the very moment the reader most wants reassurance.
What We Did
Led with credibility rather than opportunity, so the advertising did the reassuring before the enquiry rather than after it.
Built the campaigns so that volume never came at the cost of applicants actually being placeable, a lead the consultancy cannot place costs them more than it earns.
The Results
100+ leads a day, sustained. Not a launch spike. The number held across three years of continuous campaign work.
Three countries placed into. Russia, Qatar and Dubai, each with its own eligibility rules and its own applicant profile.
Volume that stayed placeable. Applicant quality held as volume grew, because a lead the consultancy cannot place costs them more than it earns.
Why it works: in a category with a trust deficit, the advertising has to earn belief before it asks for an enquiry. Volume follows credibility, not the other way round.
